Well run rental property. Felt a little like we lived there instead of just vacationing. Nice pool, nice room with kitchen and also outdoor sitting areas. Would definitely rent there again when going back to Key West.

Property was very nice and clean. Property was in a great complex with a nice pool. Complex included washers and dryers in case you needed to do laundry. Kitchen at property was a great convenience if you decided to eat in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and a great central location about a 10 min walk from all the bars on Duval. The pool was beautiful and nice and warm to swim in. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, cozy, clean place to stay. Thanks for a great trip!

The cottage was clean and light and located in a great area of town. It is very walkable to almost anywhere you want to go in Key West. We really enjoyed our stay and the management was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time but we had to leave early because we had a family emergency. The Cottage was very clean. This unit had the bedroom upstairs but we were younger so it wasn't a problem. I wouldn't recommend this cottage if you were older.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. What a beautiful spot! only a few blocks away from Duval street, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the sunshine, the upstairs balcony was a great place to enjoy the evenings, the unit was cool and refreshing after a long day in the sun, and it had everything you could ask for.

We think we had the best place in the whole complex! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable while also being within walking distance of all the downtown mayhem. The pool was fabulously refreshing; it had sun for part of the day, but also had much needed shade so the water stayed cool. Laundry room in the complex was a plus. Around the corner from it is a CVS so we could get small grocery items and alcohol. Bike and golf cart/electric car rentals also right there. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place for our needs.... thank you for making our “home” so welcoming!

Tranquity - LOVED IT!!!
I took my daughter down to KW for her 21st birthday and we loved the house. It was great for 2 adults. I think anymore than two people, you would be on top of each other. The house was very clean. The pool was perfect. Our house had a little balcony outside of our room which was perfect for bloody marys in the morning. We are definitely going back to stay at Tranquility next year for her 22nd birthday. NM & LC

Very cute, relaxing space, great outdoor areas with back patio and pool. Very efficient use of space in a small cottage. Very comfortable, warm, welcoming. Would definitely stay again! And everything is within walking distance!

This is a really cute place! The small pool is shared with several other units but
with so much else to do, you rarely have an overcrowding issue. The unit had
everything we needed to make dinner, wash clothes, and get a good night's sleep
on the king size bed. The sofa bed feels a bit worn out, according to our 22
year old daughter. Parking was not really bad, with 1 block being the furthest
away that we had to park. There are convenient close-by diners, gas stations,
and a nice grocery market. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is just as cute as the pictures show.  Though we didn't use the kitchen very much, it was very sufficient and had all of the amenities necessary. Please note, no dishwasher.  It's two blocks from Duval and a very quiet neighborhood.  The only possible glitch is the parking (though that's the issue with the entire island).  If it's the busy season, you'll have to decide if you want to walk everywhere or rent a bike, because there's only enough parking spots for 4 cars.  We walked everywhere, next time we will probably rent bikes.  Other than that, it was great.  Very clean, enough towels, AC worked (though can be loud, use the overhead fans). The rental office was very helpful.  Had knowledge of the area and called us a couple of days before we arrived to ask if we needed anything or had any additional questions.  They make it convenient if you need to pick up keys after hours.  Also, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming when we dropped off the keys.
