We loved our 7night stay in Key West and the Parrot Perch. The location in old
town was absolutely perfect and we felt the cost was a good value. We parked
our car at the free lot and never started it again till departure day. There
was a cleaning issue but spoke to mgmt about it on a courtesy call they made to
me. We would use them again on another key west visit.

Lida and At Home in Key West were wonderful! Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Location was perfect; walk or bike to everything!  Highly recommend this unit. Fine for 4 adults.

We were very pleased with the property and definitely with the location. It was very clean upon arrival and nicely appointed in the kitchen as well as with plenty of towels for showers and pool. There were plenty of glasses for the four adults and the washer/dryer was great for taking care of beach items after returning for the day. We were within walking distance to Mallory Square and being almost centrally located off Duval Street which made getting around perfect. Plenty of great restaurants made dining out easy, Carolina’s Café and Fogarty’s on Duval Street are excellent. The Fury, Snorkeling, Ragie and Rum trip at 5PM, was the highlight of the trip with excellent viewing of Sting Rays. Working with At Home in Key West properties was easy and uneventful for bookings and using there lockbox for pickup and return keys made it easy to come and go. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and will be back again.

We were very pleased with the unit. It was very tidy upon arrival and nicely appointed. Plenty of towels were available as well as pool towels. We cooked in full meals quite a bit and there were sufficient pots, pans and utensils to get the meals prepared. The only reason we don't give it 5 stars is the unit could use a paint job (several patches on walls throughout), and some kitchen tiles need to be replaced.

The location is perfect, very close to Duval Street, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. We rarely used our car once we checked-in. The condo was very clean and had everything amenity that we needed during our stay. Our family of five slept very comfortably while we were there. We enjoyed the pool a the complex and it was just a short trip to the beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor Park. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and doing some people watching and listening to the band play from the Green Parrot which was just a block away. We loved our trip so much we hope to make it an annual one. I highly recommend this condo!

This unit was in a great location, clean and well laid out. Couple of things we noticed since we have stayed in other condos in the Truman. The WiFi was very poor in strength, the tiles were in poor shape,the bed in the main bedroom was so firm. This unit being on the end towards the street you did get street noise. The condo was very clean and wonderful balcony. You were just minutes away from all the action. Charlie Mac's was a couple of blocks away for lunch and dinner. We also rented bikes at Eaton bikes which worked great. Nichol at the bike shop was a amazing help.The parking spot for the condo is a bit of a way to drag luggage. I would rent at the Truman again but not this condo.

As far as WIFI strength, this condo has equal strength to all homes in Key West; if the signal was weak, it would have been island-wide. Also, although this condo is street-side, it is a residential street not a main thoroughfare (ie; Duval Street). We look forward to your return visit.

Great location able to walk to everything in town easily and very close to the Zachary Taylor beach. Kitchen appeared to have a new fridge, stove and was well stocked with dishes, cookware etc, wifi and all other amenities were as shown in the pictures.
