PARADISE PLACE – is a ground level one bedroom one bath Key West Old Town condo located in the Palm Gardens community in the heart of the Art District and just six blocks from Duval Street and the Historic Seaport.

Paradise Place is part of a group of historic homes which have undergone complete renovation. This lovely property offers hardwood floors and cabinets, granite kitchen countertop and beautifully tiled bath.

When you open the door you enter the living room which has a queen size sleeper sofa and 50" HDTV. The kitchen, just off the living room, is compact, and includes all the conveniences of home, so preparing a meal is simple. The bedroom is just off the hall, with king size bed and TV to watch movies in bed! At the end of the hall is the bathroom with a romantic walk-in shower for two.

Paradise Place is comfy and cozy, decorated with art from around the island; you definitely get the feeling of relaxed comfort. The exterior is just as relaxing with a garden surrounded by lush tropical foliage and an in-ground spa shared between the compound community. Wonderful stay

This is a perfect condo for 2. It was well kept, smelled wonderful and there was
even laundry detergent to use. Ours was unit 1 and We loved the location and
siting on the porch in the morning sipping coffee. Renting bicycles was the
perfect transportation; from this location you could travel any where easily.
Only draw back - if you had really noisy neighbors- you would hear them.
Fortunately for us it's only happened one night. The staff at home away were
very helpful and friendly but not intrusive. I feel I found a treasure and
would happily stay there again.

pool/jacuzzi needs work, was dirty and cloudy. Did not use it. Would definitely recommend as a nice change from resorts. Rented bikes and it was a short ride 8/10th of a mile to Mallory Square. Peaceful and quiet. Felt like home.

Location is great close to every thing on the island , marina harbor walk with Cuban Coffee Queen -Pep's and many more restaurants at one end of the street and the beach at the other what more do you need . Historic cemetery a block away. Not close to Duval .St but close enough to visit the the tourist craziness and then come back to nice quite neighborhood. Fausto market just a few minutes walk away ,two gas stations with convent stores right across the street .We rented bikes so everything is just minutes a way. Ice Maker in the full size frig -Dishwasher-Washer and dryer all in the unit was a very nice plus . The historical building and grounds are very well taken care . The AT Home Key West office people are SUPER very friendly and attentive, anything you need just call them and they will take care of you . Would stay here again and again .

We enjoyed our cozy stay on White St. The place was charming as well as had everything and then some that we needed. Recommend bike rentals in order to get around the island(they even deliver).
