This home is 2 levels; the 1st floor offers an open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, half bath and French doors that open out to your own private balcony. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms, both with full bath en suite. Master bedroom has a private balcony for sipping your morning coffee, contemplating on the day ahead of you -- or not thinking about anything other than the blue sky and warmth of the sun.

This place was great!!!! Our walk to Duval St., was 1/2 a block!!! That walk took us to CVS store where we could purchase pantry items, including milk, eggs etc. The decks had the sun on them in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The 2nd day we requested 2 fans to use and they promptly brought them. The pool is very nice!!! The property is extremely secure!! We truly have no complaints.

Duvall Breeze was the perfect size and location for our group of four adults. Communication with the management team was timely and professional. Really liked having two masters with en-suite baths plus the half bath on the main level. Also enjoyed having private outdoor space. This is definitely a rental that we would recommend.

Duval Breeze is a great place to stay for your vacation in Key West. Located very close to US1 and Duval Street, the location is excellent. The complex has gated, covered assigned parking which is a rarity on the island. We went to the grocery store on the way into Key West and aside from a couple of outings we couldn't walk to (Dogfish Restaurant, Smathers Beach) we walked every where else. Restaurants attached to and close to Duval Square were excellent and Key West has no shortage of phenomenal eateries just a short walk or taxi ride away.

The complex has a community pool, although it is very shallow, not more than a few feet deep. This was very nice to relax in after walking around the town all day. Everything else about the complex was as advertised, clean and easy to get to.

I would easily book this rental again in the future, as I like to get down to the keys every year if possible. We didn't have any issues, so no calls into the rental company, but key pickup and drop off were super smooth. Helps to turn the AC down a couple degrees at night as the thermostat is located downstairs and the upstairs will be a little warmer.

The condo was bright, roomy and clean. Seemed kept up very well. We had 6 in our group and we had room to move around and were not crowded at all. The balconies were nice to have to sit out in. Bathrooms were great, 2 full showers and 1 1.5 bath. Enough for the 6 of us. Convenient to eating places and activities. Nice that the parking garage was a secure area. Security was nice and we felt secured. Would easily go back there again.

Wow, location was perfect and so was the weather! Duval Breeze was the perfect location for our stay in Key West during the 4th of July holiday week. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short bike ride away. Really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen for breakfast. The pool was nice too. A/C kept us cool downstairs and ceiling fans helped with the warmer upstairs.

Duval Square was very nice and quiet on the quieter side of Duval Street but not too far from fun, shopping or drinking holes. Duval Street and attractions a short bike/Lyft ride away

We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks on our 2nd floor balcony which was nice rather then having to drive, bike or walk to the nearby beaches to view.

We will definitely come back to Key West and Duval Breeze!
We also recommend Blue Sky (Bike Rentals) and Blue Heaven (restaurant)

Excellent location, clean property. The complex and amenities are well maintained. There's several good restaurants as part of the complex for an easy, quality meal. Located on a quiet part of Duval street but a block from the action in either direction, north or south. There's a CVS close-by that was surprisingly very useful. We would definitely return, this was great value!

Would definitely recommend; right in the heart of the action and walking distance to Southernmost point. Our condo was super clean and comfortable. Set in Duval Square’s quaint little complex with shops and restaurants.

Convenient location to beach and walking distance to central     Duvall street. Rooftop pool is small but nice to have. 2 bedrooms were     great and management was quickly responsive to calls. The air conditioning works great downstairs and was noticeably warmer upstairs. Boxed fan  provided in unit helped. Comfortable place, I would recommmend for the price.

We had a wonderful time discovering Key West and Duval Square is close enough to get
to all major attractions and local ones also would definitely recommend this
families and just couples get away . Would definitely rent here again no
questions. @home at Key West was the best to work with very friendly and
helpful and even rembered that it was our anniversary.

Very easy check in and check out staff was friendly and easy to work with. Rental was in a great location, roomy and loved the underground parking Local restaurants and businesses were great. Had a great time! Wish we were staying longer. Would definitely go back.

I would strongly recommend this place! The house is not only clean and beautiful, but also it's at the most convenient location with walking distance to everything! On top of that, it has a dedicated parking spot which is hard to find in Key West! I would definitely stay here again next time!

Property was conveniently located on Duval Street just south enough from the action to be quiet yet an easy walk to shops and food. 5 min walk to Southernmost Point, 10 min walk to Margaritaville. Condo was quiet - is at far end of complex away from the main street. Pool was great, parking easy (gated parking garage below the condos). Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time. Management office was on top of everything, from booking to checkout and then follow up.

I would recommend asking property manager to turn Ac down prior to arrival in the hottest part of the year or adding curtains with heat blocking material with rings on it to open and close easily because it took all night to cool down to our comfort level, but definitely does not change our minds about staying again and as for the roosters crowing it brought me back to my youth growing up in the country ☺️ just go to cvs and buy a box fan and all is well! The extra room shower was the only thing that was a problem as far as size and shower head did not swivel. Not really complaining because we loved it there just a friendly suggestion.

The condo is very cozy and inviting. I would definitely go back. Everything you need is right there (even a starter kit) in the condo. Duval street is heaven and parking is safe. We walked to everywhere (restaurant, groceries, shopping). What a great place to stay..

Excellent location, great accommodations for our week long vacation.  Place was a little light on cooking equipment, and we had an ant problem the first day - but otherwise ok.  Very quiet neighborhood, and VERY secure. 1/2 mile walk to the action on Duval - which we called our sobering walk.  Would definitely stay again! Thanks

Great location ! Within easy walking distance of everything on Duval. Parking space available. Safe & secure. Nice, well furnished unit. Very satisfied.

The property was very central, and it had PARKING! instructions to find the property were easy enough to follow. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was resolved within the hour. Duval is a stone throw away, but best part is the property is in the rear so you don't get all the noise :)
We'd definitely stay here again. <3
