The Amelia home is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath retreat with sparkling private pool that is only four blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and one block from all the Duval Street entertainment. This is the Key West vacation rental you have been seeking, tucked away in one of the most interesting neighborhoods in the historic district of Old Town, an ideal location for walking and biking to all the attractions, yet quiet and tranquil making it feel worlds away.

Entering The Amelia Home you are greeted by an open floor plan with living room and dining area, bright colors and Key West décor complete the feel of being in the tropics while large glass doors open to the spacious outside area. Hardwood floors are throughout the first level living areas and pocket sliding glass doors lead to the dining loggia. Through additional sliding glass doors on the side of the home you will find a lush tropical garden that looks into the pergola style orchid house. A half bath is located on the first floor along with a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

This special home features a full beautiful kitchen complete with everything you need to create a your keys cuisine or gourmet meal. Upstairs are two full bedroom suites each with a private bath and ultra comfy bed to ensure a restful night sleep. One bedroom has a king beds and the other two twin beds that can convert to a king.

Custom crown moldings and built-in bookshelves are some of the many fine details that make this a special home. Furnishings include an eclectic international mix of plantation style and antiques, reflecting the diversity of Key West.

The management company was thorough and very COVID savvy. Even though we never met or saw any staff we knew exactly how to check in or reach out to them if needed. They even left a card & bottle of champagne in the house for my bday. Super thoughtful. The house is clean, comfortable and the pool is perfect for relaxing! Good location on the “quite” side of town. Bike/golf cart rental right at the end of the street. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. We had a great stay!

Spent 5 wonderful days at this lovely home. Property is nicely located close to just about everything you might need. House was very clean and nicely decorated, the pool was ideal for just laying low with a few drinks away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

Perfect location. Within walking distance to the excitement of Duvall St but enough distance from the noise. Spacious rooms and kitchen. Backyard and pool was the best. Great for lazy days and relaxing nights. Can't wait to go back!

This was a beautiful home and the pool was private. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool daily. Close to everything, only a block away. We rented scooters and you can rent bikes right around the corner, very convenient. The house had everything. We stocked the fridge and cooked in several times and used the grille to cook out and hang at the pool. The covered patio was very nice to eat under or just hang out. Loved every morning enjoying coffee on the patio. I would highly recommend this home and we will come back.

I rented 605 Amelia Street with Home Away online. I wanted a house close to Duval Street, a pool & 6 guests. This was the perfect house for our vacation!!!! Upon arrival at the house I was so pleased and so was my husband, son and his girlfriend. Unfortunately my daughter & son in-law who were supposed to join us were unable to make the trip. I sent a video to her & she agreed how perfect the house was. It was clean, well appointed, including sheets, towels, pool towels & a great pool!
I was contacted once I made my reservation online by At Home In Key West. Theresa from the office was very informative and helpful. I appreciated her help, information about the rental & things to do in Key West while we were on vacation.
I would recommend this property, Home Away & At Home In Key West.

We were traveling to Key West with Children to attend a wedding. The Amelia Home was perfect because we were close to everything and easy to get to wedding events, but had the privacy of our own pool that was kid friendly : ) The home was comfortable, beautiful, and clean!

We loved this house! It was the perfect little getaway. It was in a great location, very convenient to everything. The house was beautiful with very nice decorating inside to the beautiful lush garden outside. If we visit Key West again, I’d stay here without hesitation. I highly recommend!.

Very good location to everything- yet very quiet as just off Duval Street Square.
Would recommend this home to anyone wanting, clean, comfortable home. They welding shop next door had no noise during our full weeks stay. It seemed not in use and the last day we did meet the owner who utilizes the lot.

Can't say enough great things about this beautiful home. It was way more then we expected. We mostly enjoyed the private pool that was beautiful and very private. Home was spotless clean and stocked with everything. Walking Distance to All Keywest has to offer. I would Highly Recommend Renting this beautiful home you definitely will not be disappointed. The Amelia Home was perfect for our family of 4. The home is very spacious, clean and well kept. The house is beautifully decorated, reminded me of something you see in a magazine. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was very close to everything. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to restaurants, art galleries, and the beach. The pool was the reason we booked in the beginning and it truly sealed the deal! Its was a big hit for everyone! We absolutely cant wait to return!

I love that they have an app that contained everything from weather conditions to the wireless code. The price was very reasonable which was the first thing that drew me to them. I had forgotten to inform them we needed the twin beds converted to a queen and they had housekeeping come that first day I called to make the change. We were also VERY LOUD and obnoxious that first night and they politely called us the next morning to let us know about the 10pm quiet curfew and that police could have been called if the neighbors had decided to. This was quite easily the BEST vacation we had thanks to all the easy access to info they provided us with up front.

We were extremely pleased with the Amelia Home. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with
everything we needed. Loved the pool too! There was some noise from the
construction business next door, but nothing extreme. It's a great location,
close to everything! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone
visiting Key West. At Home in Key West also made the process of renting very
easy. My only regret is going through VRBO(Home Away) which cost us more. We
should have read the fine print better. The names were so similar (At Home vs
Home Away) we didn't catch it until VRBO had already charged my credit card.
Live and learn. Regardless, it was a wonderful trip!

We were very pleased with the Amelia House. The home is very spacious, clean, and well appointed. It is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was more than we expected. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. We had been concerned with the property next door. I had read a previous review about noise from it. There is a bicycle storage area and construction equipment storage area. The weekends were quiet but during the week there was some noise and loud talking from the construction storage, but nothing which really disturbed us. The location, close to Duval, was perfect for access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.

Property is very cute, small lovely backyard pool area with exotic feel. Half way thru
our stay pool began to cloud up. One phone call to At Home rental and same day
it was maintenanced. Easy walking distance to beaches and Duval Street. We
recommend the Amelia house and plan on returning.

Amelia Home was great! We loved the house - it was larger than expected, big rooms, nice bathrooms, great kitchen with tons of dishes/pans. We enjoyed the pool everyday - it was a great size for our 4 guests to share and provided just enough shade to get out of the heat when needed. The location was walk-able to everything - Hemingway House, Duval, Mallory Square. We rented bikes just around the corner at A&M. We loved riding our bikes to the beach - make sure to go into West Martello Tower, which is now owned by the Key West Garden Club and is so well maintained! Check out Banana Cafe for breakfast, El Siboney for Cuban (call ahead for paella) and Nine One Five for upscale dining!

We rented the property at 605 Amelia for a family get together and were very pleased with our experience. Although I first saw the property on TripAdvisor, it did not take long to get in touch with the @Home Key West staff to make the booking. The booking was clear and efficient with excellent instructions for arrival. The property was exactly as depicted, clean and well maintained. Pool and landscape workers did their jobs Monday with little fuss. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have a twenty year old microwave give up the ghost on day 1, but @Home staff had appliance repair in on day 2, and had replaced the microwave with a new one on day 3. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs near bedrooms. Sheets and towels, including nice pool towels, were adequate in number and good quality . The private pool was the big selling point for me, and it did not disappoint. This was our first time in Key West, but I would gladly rent this property again. It is in a quirky residential/industrial block off of the bustle of Duval, but we walked everywhere we needed to go. There are some worthwhile restaurants very close by (Louie's Backyard, Camille's, El Siboney). There is some low level noise from the business next door in the morning, but the feral roosters on the street crowing in the morning are actually noisier, and hey, part of the charm. There is an off street parking spot in front of the front door, which is made kind of narrow by plantings on both sides. Best to back in when you park. First time in Key West. We were there for our son's wedding. The Amelia Home was the GREATEST! Clean, pool was awesome,kitchen well stocked, bedrooms large, and bathrooms well kept! Theresa and Samantha were very friendly and helpful! Noise was not an issue. Highly recommend!
