The Mystery Fest Key West scheduled for June of 2020 has been postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 virus. This event is a must for any mystery and true crime writing fan. The event brings fans together with renowned mystery authors, true crime experts, and aspiring writers alike. Take part in meet-and-greets, book signings, workshops, panels, presentations, and more.

The 2019 keynote speaker is Jeffery Deaver, who is an international best-selling and award-winning author. He is best known for "The Bone Collector," which was made into a film starring Angelina Jolie and Denzel Washington. Other famous writers include Heather Graham, Lisa Black, and Carla Norton.
