These  sculptures are fascinating as you watch them come to life, with only sand and water.

New Years in Key West 2010!

New Years Eve will be here before you know it, and if you don’t have plans yet you should make plans to come down to Key West to experience New Years Eve- Key West style.

We have a few of our own versions of the “ball drop”: there is the wench lowered at Schooner Wharf. The Red High Heel drop at Bourbon Street Bar. And finally the Conch drop at Sloppy Joe’s.

And if you need to see fireworks on New Years, you can head down to the White Street Pier at midnight.

Come join us this New Years Eve and have an experience you’ll never forget.

Key West voted vacation spot Americans would most like to visit!

Americans  were asked by Whispers Poll which presidential vacation spot they would most like to visit; and America voted for Harry Truman’s Key West vacation destination as where they would most like to go, with 35%. While President Obama and Bill Clinton, Martha’s Vineyard tied Ronald Reagan’s vacation spot of Santa Barbara, California with 19% of the vote.

Yacht Race Week January 18th-22nd
