Casa Louisa- an authentic cigar makers cottage, is located a hop, skip and a jump (just 1/2 block) from famous Duval Street .  It is turn-of-the-20th Century old Key West  at it's best.  The property is within walking distance to restaurants, night life, local attractions and beautiful beaches it is not necessary to rent a car while staying at Casa Louisa, although renting mopeds or an electric cart are an attractive option.

Casa Louisa has a full service kitchen with all necessary utensils as well as a wet-bar with a mini-refrigerator. New upgrades to the home include stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops, flat-screen TVs, satellite reception, and VHS/DVD.  The home has recently undergone a fresh, contemporary, yet cozy restoration.

The cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths. The front (master) bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bath. The back bedroom is off the living/dining area, and has a queen bed with private access to the second, shared bath. There is also a king bed in the loft bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase adjacent to the kitchen area.  French doors in the living area open out to the private patio and plunge pool.

Guests at Casa Louisa also enjoy the use of free high-speed internet access while lounging on stylish, new garden furniture, leisurely sipping margaritas by the secluded plunge pool.
