Both bedrooms and living room open, through French doors, to a walkway that leads to the pool below. High ceilings and splashes of bright color give a sense of living in a beach house in the midst of a well-established residential neighborhood.
This home features a swimming pool surrounded by a back deck, beautiful landscaping and a privacy fence. Other amenities include flat screen TV, Jacuzzi tub in bathroom and central air-conditioning.

The Josepine house was an amazing experience. My spouse and I are planning on renting it again next year. There was only a few minor issues (ac filter needed changing, no carbon monoxide detector was installed) but after calling the office the maintenance crew was there immediatly to assist us with our problems. The house was clean, comfortable and the pool was very private:)
