    Good Value and Location

Finn Key well located and a good value for Truman annex. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities one would want in Key West and even a few extras including beach towels, a small cooler, and a blanket to make picnicing on the beach easier.

Pros: Great Location. Centrally located for easy access to both ends of Duval Street. Close Proximity to Post Office to get stamps, mail post cards, send packages home. Cons: Front door lock was a nightmare to get open. This was reported to at Home in Key West. Also it would be nice if there was a "converter kit" to turn the twin beds in one bedroom into a single queen.

Location location location : This place was very cute, I loved the at home feeling vs a hotel or time share unit. Huge plus - this is close to everything we liked in Key West : Green Parrot for blues music, Blue Heaven & Santiago's for eats, La Concha for best spot to watch sunsets - per has a 360 view of KW. Also ++ pool view & access - we could just look out the back door to see if the pool was crowded or not, and trash bins were across the parking lot - this may sound strange but - heck who wants to take a long walk with their trash?

    Had a great experience

Arrived to find the condo very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect within Truman Annex and Key West. Our only gripe is the ever pesky ants - - an unavoidable annoyance. Otherwise, had a great experience and plan to rent Finn Key again.

The Truman Annex is really nice and well located. It is an easy walk to the Zachary Taylor beach and all the rest of the sights in the old town. The Finn Key condo was well located - right on the pool and had a really nice patio with a white picket fence around it. The decor was really nice too. It was clean and everything worked. The only thing I would like to see improved is the comfort of the two chairs in the living room. The condos are small - only about 10-12 feet wide, so it is hard to fit in regular sized furniture. In this case the sofa was fine, but the two chairs were made of rattan and were really uncomfortable. It would be hard to sit on them and watch TV for an extended period. Having said this, most of the condos we looked at on line had furniture that wasn't made for lounging by couch potatoes. There were people upstairs, and we could hear them walking around a lot at times. If you get an upstairs condo, you don't get the nice patio. Also, you would have to walk up and down. The downstairs was really convenient and had the nice patio. So I guess people would have to choose what was most important. We have stayed in a number of different kinds of places in Key West, and the Truman Annex is really nice. It is somewhat pricy, but everything in Key West is expensive. The location is the main plus. It is also very quiet with no Spring Breakers, etc.
