DUVAL PENTHOUSE -- A large luxury apartment located in downtown Key West. This property has it all, fabulous location, beautifully furnished and plenty of space to accommodate your friends and family. Duval Penthouse is designed after a chic urban flat with an island twist, comfortable island style furnishings and artwork suited to the casual lifestyle here in Key West. Fabulous terraces abound, giving the guest exceptional views of Key West and Duval Street.
With the Peter Lik Gallery on the ground level, Duval Penthouse occupies the second and third story of the building. Completely renovated in 2008, the flat has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms and an open and spacious floor plan.
Living room, designer kitchen and master suite are located on the second floor. The living room has French doors that open out onto the back deck as well as the side terrace. The kitchen is wonderfully designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Master suite also has French doors opening on to a private balcony overlooking Duval Street. Two guest bedrooms and shared bath are located on the third floor with access to the rooftop terrace.
Other amenities include private heated swimming pool, off street parking, wireless internet service, hardwood floors and central air conditioning.

I just want to say that everyone in our party totally loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Since the house is right beside Wille T's we had free entertainment nightly and when we closed the sliding glass doors the noise went away. Hopefully this house will be available during fanatasy fest because we will be there.

This property is probably the best location in town. It is a small walk to any attraction including the nightlife, Hemingway House, marina, and dozens of great dining spots. The beach is further away, but not out of reach by bike. The check in/ check out procedure was easy. Parking was scarce, but that is the situation throughout the island. We had a great time.

I used this rental to sleep 6 guests and it was nice and spaciuos with each couple having a room for privacy. The Master was perfect for getting ready on my wedding day with my bridesmaids, mom and sister. Good party house, great balcony views.

We traveled as a group of six and the house seemed to fit us perfectly. It really was even better than we would have hoped. The balcony overlooking Duval was a great way to spend the end of the night and the sun deck was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. As far as location goes you couldn't ask for anything better. Right across the street from Margaritaville and a Starbucks, and in the heart of Key West.

I have to say this property is the best location you could have in Key West if you want the Duval Experience. We came down to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with our grown children...party of 8. The property was perfect for all our needs. We were greeted right away if any questions or concerns. No vehicle needed; close to all restaurants, entertainment, grocery store, drug store and banking. Back entrance to the property, which I really did like for privacy factor. We felt very safe at all times. I thought the pool was small but it was very quaint and ended up working out just perfect. At Home in Key West were wonderful to work with on our reservation and very helpful throughout our entire trip. We had a wonderful time...highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Great houses that are in a great location. The houses are beautifly done and the Duval Condo is really incredible. Be aware that it is on Duval and is very loud at night, but if you are comfortable with that it is a great place to stay. A great house for entertaining.
