The bedroom is to the back of the cottage and opens to a sitting room that can be used as a second sleeping area using the full size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has two sinks, shower and decorated with delightful glass tiles. The property also offers off street parking for 1 car. Sleeps 4

We have rented a number of properties throughout Key West for the past 7 years and we looking forward to our time at 'Atlantic Blues.' While the home was in very good condition and appeared (at first blush) to be an ideal house for us, there were a smattering of small details diminished our opinion. We enjoy having the opportunity to grill while in the Keys (we cook almost everynight) and not having that option here was disappointing. Further, while the undercounter refrigerator is an appealing option for some, it was too small for our purpose. We would have also liked to have the option to dine al fresco but didn't have that opportunity here. I would advise bringing a sleep mask, as there are no blinds on the bedroom windows. On the plus side: the pool is great, the bathroom lovely (but no place to hang a towel!), and the finishes throughout very good. So it was a good but not great house for us.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at atlantic Blues. The house is small, but comfortable for its size. The owners make excellent use of the space.The kitchen is well appointed and well designed. The interior is bright and cheerful with lots of color. The pool is also small but nice.The washer and dryer were awesome. It's very hot and humid in the summer and we did laundry every few days. This house is in a great location as long as you have a bike or scooter. You are literally a few blocks from Higgs Beach and the Casa Marina resort and a short ride from Mallory Square. The house is on a very small lot and the property behind it ends at the master bedroom. There is no buffer area between properties.This was not a problem and the neighbors were very quiet during our stay. We loved having a fenced in area next to the pool and we loved the tropical foliage. We felt very at home and truly relaxed here. It was quiet and had a great island feel. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, nice decor, great pool and patio. Perfect for 2 adults....we had two small children in the sleeping alcove, and the space was tight for the 4 of us.
