The Key West Annual hometown Holiday Parade will take place Saturday, December 7th. The parade is a family friendly event and is also the favorite for local children. Marching groups and homespun floats with costumed participants tossing candy will be featured this year along with civic organizations and school groups. The parade will start at Truman and White then proceed down Truman to Duval Street, then end at Eaton St. The event will start at 7PM! Happy Holidays!

Showcasing more than 35 films over just four days, the Key West Film Festival, will be abuzz with the film’s directors and actors, all hosting Q&A sessions and other special events. Among the highlights: I Am Divine, a documentary by Jeffrey Schwarz about the life of performer/actor Divine and his rise to fame; Running from Crazy, directed by Academy Award winner Barbara Kopple and starring Mariel Hemingway; and August Osage County, starring Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts. The Zombie Bike Ride is a celebration of the bicycle- Key West style. The ride is a little over 3 miles long and takes a leisurely pace down US1 along the Atlantic Ocean, right at sunset. The Zombie Ride has grown to epic proportion with the help of thousands of fun-loving, bike-riding, costume-sporting, and rock-and-roll townspeople.
Zombie Land now boasts live music and entertainment on the WeCycle Lot located at 5160 US Highway 1, Stock Island. Zombie Land Opens at 2pm, and face and body paint start at 3pm. Face painting is first come first served with each artist offering a $10 dollar face paint option and other prices are negotiated with each individual artist.
