Although we have added employees as we have grown, we have retained over 95% of our original staff. Built on a reputation of customer service and friendly and fair dealings with both our owners and our guests At Home has been happily providing accommodations in Key West for seven years.Although At Home has only been serving Key West for seven years the experience that formed the company encompasses professionally trained property managers locally in the "biz" for over 18 years. Licensed real estate agents in the State of Florida since 1983, maintenance professionals keeping everything in running order for even longer. The owners of At Home in Key West are committed to service excellence. We continue to study the trends of our marketplace and learn new sales techniques. We are members of VRMA (Vacation Rental Managers Association of America), FRMA (Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association), FARPM (Florida Association of Rental Property Managers) and local business associations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Association of Realtors and the Key West Business Guild. We attend annually the State and National Conferences of the vacation rental managers associations in which we learn about key trends in marketing as well as new techniques for maintaining properties. At Home In Key West, Inc. is constantly striving to be competitive in today's vacation rental market and to meet guests' expectations.

At Home in Key West has began a new marketing strategy to drive more traffic to our website including: a face lift to our already very popular site, expanding our placement in several search engines, having a 24 hour reservation service handle after hours reservations, on-line reservations available to all of our licensed exclusive properties, and having a professional sales trainer train our reservationists three times a year. These changes have proven successful in increasing our presence on-line and have increased overall reservations.

These services are in addition to services we already have including a rapid email response, 24-hour emergency contacts, full-time maintenance crew and several housekeepers on hand at all times.

Each owner will receive a monthly statement detailing rental income and expenses for their property as well as a year-end summary with your 1099 at the end of the year.
